Baby Book Registry

by Maggie Montiel
(Chicago)

I am so thrilled to have discovered MY BOOK STORK! I am expecting in June and all my husband and I really want right now are children's books.

I created a baby book registry at www.mybookstork.com and all my friends and family got invited to contribute to my child's library. He has a full library and he is not even here yet! The site also gives 5% of each sale to charaties!!!!

Book Baby Shower
by: Hattie

We did this for my close friend for her baby shower this month and it was fantastic. We purchased these invitations, http://www.etsy.com/listing/46290024/library-invitation-package. Each guest brought a book (most of them more than one, I purchased four!), and we had a table set up with sharpies and the book plates. Everyone customized their book with a personal message to the baby and parents and my friend left with a whole library. It was great!

www.weecow.com
by: Gaia Marie

Thanks for letting me know about www.weecow.com - I'm having a book baby shower with friends at work. We were not sure what type of shower to have since I'm having a big one as well. I'm so excited to have found a Site that is dedicated solely to registering for baby books. -GM

another book registry
by: mamabear

Another book registry site is www.weecow.com - they do the same type of thing. It's cute. It's extremely simple and organized. Good for guests who maybe have less computer knowledge, like my mom:) You only have to sign-up one time and it creates a registry for you and you can shop as well so I already bought baby's first book! but I'm registered, too. I love this idea!

Cool Idea!
by: Bella

I checked out www.mybookstork.com and love it! I think it is really cool that the experience is all around positive...from featuring children's books, contributions to charity, to the family interaction. It's nive to go back to the basics and all the great things that books bring into the home. Thanks for the tip:)
