Baby Clothes Line

Buy a wooden crate paint it pink or blue, write the name of the baby on it (if there is a name picked out already).
Use white clothes line and clothes pins and hang baby shower gifts on it(outfits, bibs, tiny sock ect.). And when the mom-to-be opens it someone can hold the other end of it for her and she will have a baby clothes line full of goodies. It looks really cute and the mom-to-be will love it!
