Cupcake
Diaper cup cakes are the smallest version of the original cakes. You could make it with 4 disposable diapers, an 8 oz. baby bottle, a burpcloth, a bib, and 4 small baby items.
1 Tier Cake
You need 10 disposable diapers, bib, undershirt and an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle. In addition to all these items, also add 5-10 small baby accessories and 2 plush baby dolls or bears.
2 Tier Cake
The contents of this type of sesame street cakes are as follows: 20 disposable diapers, a flannel receiving blanket, one undershirt, a burpcloth, socks, shoes/booties, an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle, and a baby bath book. In addition to all these items, also place 10-20 small baby accessories.
3 Tier Cake
This particular baby shower cake contains the following: 35 disposable diapers, beautifully embroidered onesie and bib, receiving blanket, burp cloth and an 8 oz. baby feeding bottle. In addition to these spectacular items, also include 15-20 small baby accessories and a beautiful plush bear or baby doll.
4 Tier Sports Cake
