Everything Sweet Baby Shower

I think these ideas would be perfect for a great baby shower!

One: Pick a color as an over all theme. If you are having a boy, different shades of blue. A girl , different shades of pink. If you don't know, do a rainbow of colors.

Two: Put the colors everywhere! Table cloths, curtains, lamp shades, balloons, etc.

Three: Use other colors. You don't want the whole room pink or blue, just enough to get the point across that your having a girl/boy. Accent the room in different colors.Maybe if your having candles on tables you can make them yellow. Or banners can be green and purple.

Four: Every good baby shower has little goodies to hand out. Make them now. Maybe you could make a baby out of candy and give it to everyone. For example: A jawbreaker for the body, a small gumball for the head, get creative. Then use frosting for the more detailed features, eyes, mouth, diapers, etc.

Five: Food. Get out appetizers first. Chips, pretzels, cookies, crackers, dip, fruits. Then a real meal. Like hamburgers, or chicken .Then don't forget the desert. Maybe a cake in the shape of a baby's head. With its a (boy or girl) on it. Or congratulations Decorate the cake.

Six: Decorations. Hang up banners and balloons. Anything you think might look good.

Seven: Make any last minute changes. Lets say you forgot to clip a table cloth down. do that now!

That is how you would have a great everything sweet baby shower, :-)
