Fun Baby Shower Game

Our "Everybody's Pregnant!" Shower
Here is the story about my fun baby shower game. I'm not very fond of baby showers in general, so when my cousin asked me to do hers, I wanted something completely different. After a great deal of thought, I came up with this funny, original idea--and it was a big hit!
Since many of the items on my cousin's baby registry had to do with animals, I decided to buy a bunch of animal-related baby items: blankets, towels, teethers, small toys, rattles, booties, etc). Of course you could do this for any baby theme--teddy bears, dinosaurs, rubber duckies, whatever. I also bought two realistic-looking baby dolls.
What I did was wrap each item in tissue (for the smaller items, I balled up two or three additional sheets of tissue) and then tied each bundle with a piece of ribbon. Then I put all the bundles in a large wicker laundry basket (which the mother-to-be could keep).
As each guest arrived, they selected one of the bundles and stuck it inside their shirt. I had also prepared extra shirts (in case the guests' shirts didn't quite hold the "baby" very well) by dying some Large men's sleeveless undershirts pink. After everyone had arrived, I passed out any extra bundles and told those mommies they were having twins.
During this fun baby shower game, the guests wore their pregnant bellies during the entire duration of the shower, which provided for lots of photo-ops and tons of laughs. Then, when it came time to open the baby shower gifts, the person who had given that particular present could "give birth." If the bundle was a baby item, she would simply show it off and toss it back into the laundry basket (for the real mommy to keep). But if it happened to be one of the two (or more) baby dolls, then the fake mommy would win a prize.
