Game For A Name

A baby shower game to play is for everyone to write down name ideas on a piece of paper and give to the mom to be.

We did this for my grandson and they ended up using one of the suggested names. Many parents already have a name picked out, but you never know when a new suggestion will change their minds and hear a name that they hadn't thought about or heard before. Older family members could write down names from their family tree or their past that the new parents didn't know.

It is a fun and easy way to get new names out there. You could also add this idea to the baby shower invitations, so people could have a list of names when they come already researched and compiled. Have a box for people to drop their list of "baby names" into. Easy and helpful.
