I use a box with foam inside and decorate with colorful tissue paper depending if is a boy or girl.

Use wood sticks for balloons in form of pacifers, baby bottles, lollipops also using only balloons, curly balloons, and a rocking horse of wood or doll. Make alot of different flavors of lollipops and it will look great.
