Premade Baby Announcements

We knew we were having a girl so I bought pink card stock, white vellum, "it's a girl" ribbon, scalloped scrapbooking scissors, and sticky photo corners.
First, I cut the card stock and vellum to 4x6 size. Next, I cut about 1/2" off the bottom short side of the vellum. I paper punched 2 holes about 1" apart at the top of the card stock and vellum. Then, I tied the card stock and vellum together with the ribbon (in a bow).
Then, I took a wallet sized picture I already had and used it to place the 4 sticky photo corners in the appropriate place...placing the picture in the middle of the card stock.
Since we already knew what we wanted to name her, I wrote "Marissa Ann" across the top and "has arrived" across the bottom of the card stock. Once she was born, I had my dad print wallets of her so all I had to do was insert the picture into the photo corners.
Finally, on top of the vellum, once her pic was in place, I drew a straight line from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet and wrote "21 inches" at the bottom and I drew a line from the left side of her belly to the right and wrote "9 lbs 3 oz" at the end of that line. The lines looked almost like coordinates. I had the envelopes pre-addressed and stamped before going to the hospital as well, so literally all I had to do once she was born was write in her measurements and insert the picture into the baby announcements.
They were super cute, affordable, and VERY easy to do! (I, unfortunately, don't have any pictures of these premade baby announcements because it was almost 3 years ago now)
