Sweetie Pie Diaper Cake

First time making a diaper cake, turned out so cute!! My friend LOVED IT!!

I fanned out the diapers in a cake pan (2 tier) secured with rubber bands, then ribbon. Attached pacifiers, foot rattles, misc items and shredded filler paper.
