Tootsie Rolls And Blowpops

Its really simple. You just buy some tootsie roll pops or blowpops or both.

Then you get some tissue paper of the color of your choice. Simply wrap a small amount of the paper around each sucker and tie it with a ribbon. Attach a small baby pin on the end of the ribbon.
