Twinkle Little Star Baby Shower

The parents did not know what the baby would be so we sent out invitations with a star border and this written on the front.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
How we wonder what you are!
We will have to wait and see...
Oh! How surprised we will be!

We used light blue tablecloths (floor length) topped with light yellow. The food was positioned at all different heights.

We had 6 round tables set up with white tablecloths and in the center was one large bag and 2 small bags decorated with gingham check stars in the blue, yellow, pink, and green...filled with tissue paper with helium balloons floating from each of the large bags. At each person's place was a hand crafted bootie made with a nut cup, 3 cotton balls, and tissue paper trimmed out in lace and ribbon and bows.

The center was a round table with with lace tablecloths...stacked with boxes covered with pastel tissue paper & covered with another lace table cloth. I made a star diaper cake with stars and touilling then around it we had individual pastel colored star cakes.

If you need pictures let me know. We had a few other things I did not describe. Everyone said it was the most beautiful baby shower they had ever seen.
